Did you know the hidden risk in the snow?
Slip & Fall Risk
Falling accidents account for about 30% of occupational accidents. It occurs most often in winter. Approximately 60% of employees lost work due to falling accidents for one month or more, and the risk increases with age. For those aged 55 and over, the number is about three times higher.

Efficiency Risk
In winter, snow removal work is labor-intensive, and work efficiency decreases due to snow and ice. Especially in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries, the decline in logistics efficiency due to snow has a significant impact on productivity. It also takes time to clean the snow-melting agent sprayed at the entrance.
Cost Risk
Embedded-type snow melting such as such as road heating requires roadbed construction at times of installation or maintenance, which is time-consuming and costly. In addition, due to the recent surge in fuel costs, there is concern that running costs will increase this winter and that costs will be squeezed.
Safeguard against winter hazards with TOKERUMO
Always at the ready, TOKERUMO activates automatically* at the time of snowfall, and melts the snow on the ground around your building.
* Automatic operation with snow sensor installed.

Far infrared is far more efficient!
Far-infrared rays have the property of being easily absorbed by substances, and the absorbed far-infrared rays actively vibrate the molecules of substances and convert them into thermal energy. In addition to the heat from the outside, the internal temperature also rises quickly, making it a very efficient method of melting snow.
Just install it overhead!
TOKERUMO is the Overhead Melter which can be installed in three different ways to optimize the desired snow melting area — on a building wall, on an overhang, or on a self-standing pole. SnowClear should only be installed by a licensed and qualified electrician in accordance with the relevant electrical code for your area.
Stay safe and sustainable
While salt is good at melting snow and ice, it poses some health concerns to humans and animals. Salt can also lead to potential property damage, like corrosion, and can leave a residue that requires cleanup after use. Typical snow melting systems are powered by gas or diesel, while TOKERUMO uses electricity to safely and easily melt snow and ice around your building with heat.
